There are many ways that you might choose to make your way through the unit. The diagram and suggested sessions (below) will help to plan your learning through the Process travel-related documentation unit. The sessions outlined below are a suggestion only - you may have another way that you prefer to study.

Q1 – What type of information is required to process documentation?

Q2 – List as many operational documents required by personnel involved in delivering tourism products.

Q3 - Explain different types of reservations and operations systems used to issue travel-related documents.

Q4 – Why is it important to check costs and payment status before processing documentation?

Q5 – Discuss why we should check for and report any discrepancies in costs and possible action that may be required.

Session 2 – Process documentation - Aqua tiles

A few points to think about for your blog:

Q1 – Discuss how timeframes are important when processing documentation and provide an example.

Q2 – It is important to check all documentation for accuracy prior to issuing. Explain why and what type of details you would be checking.

Q3 - Explain the difference between 24 and 12 hour time giving an example.

Q4 – Why would it be necessary to process, file or despatch copies of documents?

Q5 – Why is it important to prepare and issue documents in correct customer file sequence according to the earliest service dates for customers?
